Christopher Higgins
Christopher is an LLB (Hons) graduate in Common & Civil Law with Hispanic Studies from Queen’s University of Belfast, and spent a year studying Spanish civil law in the University of Alcalá de Henares in Madrid. After graduating he successfully undertook his studies for the Bar of England & Wales and an LLM in Advanced Legal Practice.
He joined the Firm in August 2007 and as part of his training has spent 6 months studying and working with a law firm in Rio de Janeiro. He completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Notarial Practice with the University of Cambridge in 2009 and practises as a notary with the Firm, dealing with all aspects of notarial practice.
Christopher is continuing his studies to become a scrivener notary specialising in Brazilian and Spanish matters and speaks both Portuguese and Spanish.
