9. Affidavits, statutory declarations and other oaths and declarations - do we have the power to attest these?

Yes. Pursuant to our powers as notaries and commissioners for oaths, we are authorised to attest affidavits, statutory declarations and oaths and declarations of all types for use both abroad and within all parts of the United Kingdom for all purposes.
